Historians without Borders (HwB) received funding from the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs to implement the pilot project, OSCE by All in support the OSCE Chairpersonship in 2025.
The project team consists of Marko Lehti, Research Director of Tampere Peace Research Institute (TAPRI) at Tampere University, Louis Clerc, Professor of Contemporary History at the University on Turku, Johanna Ketola, Project Researcher of Political Science at the University of Turku, and Bradley Reynolds, Doctoral Researcher at the University of Helsinki. Heta Hedman (Secretary General) and Bradley Reynolds (HwB board member) will support the project as members of Historians without Borders.
The aim of the project is to elevate civil society and expert voices in support of Finland’s OSCE Chairpersonship in 2025 and highlight the value of inclusive foreign and security policy. The project will also work to promote a discussion of Finland’s foreign policy history among experts and the public.
